Alex Lloyd returns with a brand new album ‘Good In The Face Of A Stranger’ which will be his first ever independently released album
Written, recorded and produced in London by Alex, where he has been based for the past two years, there is purity and an honesty in his new songs that is reminiscent of his debut release ‘Black the Sun’. The pressure from fans and indeed detractors alike is off and now there is only the music.
The first track to be lifted from the album, “Slow Train” was officially launched through Alex’s website a few weeks ago, taking the music to the fans and giving them the first opportunity to download the single for free for a limited time.
The track is accompanied by a stunning animated video which features approximately 7000 hand drawn pictures. The clip was created by a London based animation team who had the arduous task of piecing the drawings together. eward came via the finished product which is being described as ‘unique, thought provoking and artistic’. You can view the video at: www.myspace.com/alexlloyd
The album is released in two formats – a std edition and a ltd edition digipak.
